Rheinland Awards “Full-Speed True Range” Certification to DO TOP ST3 Pro Electric Scooter

In recent years, the concept of green mobility has gained tremendous momentum worldwide. Shared micro-mobility solutions—primarily electric scooters—have become increasingly popular in Europe and the United States, driving rapid growth in the electric scooter market. However, some electric scooters have shown discrepancies between actual range and official claims, affecting the user riding experience. In response, Rheinland introduced its “Full-Speed True Range” certification service.

For this project, Rheinland conducted testing and evaluation of the DO TOP ST3 Pro’s range performance based on the safety standards for personal light electric vehicles (EN 17128), electrical system safety standards for personal e-mobility devices (UL 2272), and household appliance safety standards (EN 60335-1)—in addition to electrical safety, structural safety, and tire performance tests. The results confirmed that the product’s actual range at maximum speed is consistent with its official claims.
